Contingency (emergency use only)



The Cashbacs International Limited Contingency service if for those who already submit to BACS via other means and require a secondary/back-up service ONLY to be used when the first/preferred service fails.

 
You must have your own Service User Number (SUN) to use this service and your application must be completed before you can use the service. Each case is individual when it comes to contingency so we talk with you to understand your requirements and tailor this product to best fit your needs.

The charging structure is:

- One off Set-up fee
- Rolling Annual support
- Administration and transaction fees ONLY when the system is used
 
Useful information if you are considering our contingency service;
Your SUN must be linked to our Bureau to use this service

A SUN can be linked to more than one Bureau at the same time

Our normal hours are English banking days 08:30 – 19:00

Subject to conditions and prior agreement we may extend our hours on a one off basis

We write our translators in-house to take the export file from your existing software package into our application

Our staff are knowledgeable and will support you through the whole process.

We understand that when such a need as ‘contingency’ comes in to play you want a named person to help and support you through the whole process, keeping in touch every step of the way.
