"Prior to July 2008 the leisure club were using a different membership system and a different bureau. Our experience of the previous bureau whilst adequate was not particularly user friendly and certainly did not give us the flexibility or accuracy we needed.

Since our introduction to Cashbacs our experience of them has been exceptional. The system is very easy to use, the training excellent and the staff very helpful.

Some weeks prior to our first live run a member of their staff was assigned to us and helped us run through all the procedures of the system. The transfer to Cashbacs also coincided with us running a new leisure club member system. It was during this particular period that Cashbacs came into their own. They spent a considerable amount of time helping us check details and nothing was too much trouble for them. On the day of the initial live run they spent the entire day with us to ensure everything went smoothly. This helped ensured that the Direct Debit run went as well as it did with little or no problems.

A company however is often judged with how errors or problems are dealt with. When we experienced some, albeit minor, system problems, caused by administration errors within our own organization, Cashbacs very effectively helped us overcome them to again ensure that the next Direct Debit run went ahead correctly.

We could not be more pleased. We now very rarely need assistance from Cashbacs but are safe in the knowledge that if we need help they are there to support us."
