CASHBACS - Our Services

We offer 4 services or any combination of them:

Crediting – WebBacs, for making payments e.g. to employees or suppliers, you must have a Service User Number for BACS Crediting sponsored through your bank.

Debiting – DebBacs, for making collections via Direct Debit under your own Service User Number for BACS Debiting sponsored through your bank.

Debiting, Facilities Managed – DebBacsFM, for making collections via Direct Debit in to a managed account in the event your bank will not sponsor you for BACS Debiting.

Emergency Only – Contingency, for those who already operate through another Bureau/system but need a second option in the event of failure.

Applying for our services

At Cashbacs we pride ourselves on making your payment / collection process as simple as possible with this in mind we have made our application process straight forward.
Once you know Cashbacs is the right bureau for you, all you need to do is complete our application form and return it to us via email: or fax: 01945 427 039.

We will require an original returning by post at a convenient time.

In addition you will need to complete the relevant paperwork with your bank to enable you to use the BACS system in conjunction with your bank account (excludes DebBacsFM service) – our support team can help you with any questions, however the forms must come direct from your bank and you will need to progress this directly with them.

Completion of the application form will allow us to generate the other paperwork necessary to sign you up as a client, typically;

- Service Agreement
- User Form
- Direct Debit Form (for collection of our invoices)
In addition we require a copy of any file(s) for upload translator(s) which should be sent as attachments on an email.
Once everything is in place we will arrange a convenient time with you for installation and training or the telephone with the support of a live login session over the Internet.
A member of our support team will take you through every step of the way and continue to support you as required to ensure you get the best from our system.
